FAM Allies Coalition
The FAM Allies coalition strives to meet five overarching goals:
- Increase the quality of life for asthma patients.
- Decrease asthma emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
- Decrease missed child care, school and work from asthma.
- Eliminate disparities in asthma outcomes.
- Develop a sustainable strategy for asthma management in Milwaukee.
These goals will be reached through the interactions and programming of seven committees, which are depicted in the chart below.
